Our Foundation Strength courses are a great way to develop young athletes outside of their direct sporting activity. By taking away the sport itself, it allows us to physically test the individual, highlight areas of strengths and weaknesses, and work on these in a safe and progressive environment. Many physical attributes such as strength, speed, power, and proprioception are required across all sports to enable players to perform at the top. Foundation Strength offers time to focus on these, which then allows players to translate this onto the pitch, court or arena

Lions Sports Academy has been running camps for over two years and we have grown from strength-to-strength! Now running at clubs throughout six different counties in South East England, we aim to build a personal relationship with each club that we work with. Lions staff and coaches make sure they put on a programme tailored to the needs of each individual club and its players, built around our Lions philosophy of every session must be FUN and that every player will LEARN something new!
